Where are BizCity Group’s business centres?
We have three business centres in Dubai:

- Biz Elite Business Centre: Office 2701, 27th Floor, Sheikh Rashid Tower, Dubai World Trade Centre
- Biz Platinum Business Centre: 21st Floor, Sheikh Rashid Tower, Dubai World Trade Centre
What types of workspace do you offer?
- Private offices: fully furnished offices ready to move into.
- Coworking: shared workspace with flexible plans.
- Meeting rooms: for meetings, presentations and interviews. Book a room.
- Podcast rooms: soundproof rooms for recording audio and video content.
- Virtual offices: a Dubai business address with mail handling.
What is coworking?
Coworking means sharing a professional office with other businesses and freelancers. You get a desk, internet and shared facilities without the cost and commitment of leasing your own office.
How much does coworking cost?
It depends on the plan and how often you need the space. We offer pay-as-you-go, part-time and full-time plans. Contact us for current prices.
How many days of access do coworking plans include?
Plans include a 5-day pass, a 10-day pass and unlimited access. Lounge memberships give unlimited access to our business lounges.

Do you offer virtual offices?
Yes. A virtual office gives you a Dubai business address, mail handling and forwarding, and meeting rooms when you need them.
Can I record a podcast at BizCity Group?
Yes. Our soundproof podcast rooms have professional microphones, mixers and acoustic treatment, and work for solo or group recordings. You can rent them by the hour or as part of a membership.
Is parking available?
Yes, for tenants and visitors, subject to availability. Please check with our team before you visit.
What are your leasing terms?
Terms are flexible. The price depends on the type of workspace, how long you need it and any extra services. Contact our team for a quote.
What are your opening hours?
All our business centres are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday. Some memberships include 24/7 access.
